Shipping Method: To ensure the best rates and safety, we ship in batches. Orders are consolidated and sent via International Express from Vietnam to the Philippines once we reach a batch of 10 orders.
Delivery Timeline: * International Transit: 2-4 days (Vietnam to Philippines).
Local Delivery: 3-5 business days once the package arrives at the local courier hub in the Philippines.
Total Estimated Time: 12-16 business days from the date of payment.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the package is handed over to our local delivery partner in the Philippines (e.g., J&T, Ninja Van).

A: We manage the international transit in batches to provide you with Free Shipping. You will receive a tracking number the moment your package reaches our partner hub in the Philippines for final delivery.
Q: What if my package is lost?
A: If the tracking information shows no movement for more than 20 days or the courier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or ship a new one for free.
